Forge Fach Fun Day
Forge Fach will be holding a Funday on Saturday 30th August, between 12am - 4pm.
This exciting event, which is being organised by InHouse Entertainments, will have circus skills, bouncy castles, dance shows, music, stilt walkers, balloons, trapeze workshop, BBQ....and much more!

Circus School
Forge Fach will be hosting its very own circus school this autumn, from Monday 27th - Thursday 30th October (Half Term week) . The school will be run by InHouse Entertainments, is for ages 8 - 16 years and costs just £40 for the whole 4 day school.
Places need to be booked and paid for in advance and demand is sure to be high - phone now to secure a place!

National Association of Widows
Forge Fach has been in discussion with a few local residents with view to setting up a local branch of the National Association of Widows. This is a small but growing charity that exists solely to support women of all ages who have lost their partners through bereavement.
The NAW is not a specialist advisory or counselling service. Its principal focus is with the widow's well being, offering the friendship, comfort and support of other widows and providing the opportunity for widows to develop a new sense of purpose as they face life on their own. Many widows want someone to talk to, who has been through the same experience, so one of their roles is to put widows in touch with each other so that they can help themselves and provide each other with mutual comfort and support.
We are planning to arrange a meeting with the area co-ordinator for the NAW. If you are interested in attending, would like to find out more or would like to join a local group please contact us

New cafe for Forge Fach
Forge Fach cafe is now under new management.
Marina and Helen Edwards invite you to 'Eat, Sit & Relax' at "Katy's Kitchen" which opened at Forge Fach on 12th May 2008.

Design Dance lights up
Blackpool!
Members of
the Design Dance Stage School lit up the stage in Blackpool
recently. In only their second ever competition 20 young
dancers were participating in a National Championship,
and achieved a magnificent 5th place!...A HUGE WELL
DONE TO ALL!
The Principal of the Forge Fach based Dance School,
Stephanie Sweeney says " I'm so proud of all the
young boys & girls for their commitment and effort
they have shown over the past year...Bring on 2009!"
Major Conference
for Forge Fach!
Welsh Liberal Democrats have chosen Forge Fach as
the venue for their Annual Autumn Conference, to be
held on Friday 10th - Sunday 12th October.
We are delighted that Forge Fach will host such a
